If you have any questions we will be happy to assist you.

Expedition members are free until afternoon departure times (announced daily) and no activities are included from morning up to the departure time. Fees do not include lodging, food, or transportation to or from Tucson, Arizona.

Deposits: A 50% percent deposit of the total cost is required immediately to hold a chase period. No dates are reserved until the deposit is received and cleared. We will place a courtesy hold on dates for 24 hours. The final 50% deposit for all chase dates is due within 7 days of your scheduled expedition. If your chase dates are scheduled less than 7 days before the start time, the full amount is due upon reserving dates. For deposits, we accept checks and direct bank transfers. We will supply specific billing details once your requested dates are confirmed. The final payment can be paid by bank checks (not personal checks), direct deposits or cash upon arrival.
