Reservation, Deposit and Basic Information

Check Availability of Open Dates: Please email our office to request and confirm the dates you are requesting are available.

If you have any questions we will be happy to assist you.

Expedition members are free until afternoon departure times (announced daily) and no activities are included from morning up to the departure time. This is because monsoon storms do not generally form until after 4:00 PM. We will be happy to suggest local points of interest and fun things to do in Tucson.

Fees do not include lodging, food, or transportation to or from Tucson, Arizona.

Deposits: A 50% percent deposit of the total cost is required immediately to hold a chase period. No dates are reserved until the deposit is received and cleared. We will place a courtesy hold on dates for 24 hours. The final 50% deposit for all chase dates is due within 7 days of your scheduled expedition. If your chase dates are scheduled less than 7 days before the start time, the full amount is due upon reserving dates. For deposits, we accept checks and direct bank transfers. We will supply specific billing details once your requested dates are confirmed. The final payment can be paid by bank checks (not personal checks), direct deposits or cash upon arrival.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms: In the event of your cancellation, in most situations, there are no refunds of the initial deposit amount. The final deposit will be refunded in most situations. You may be able to apply any non-refunded deposits or final payments towards rescheduled expeditions. In some rare circumstances we will issue a refund of the deposit and / or the entire fee if paid, if the reason for your cancellation is justified and beyond your control. For additional cancellation and refund policies, please visit this page.

Hurricane Cancellation Clause: Since we actively pursue major hurricanes, any expedition scheduled during a hurricane intercept will be cancelled and all deposits or final payments will be refunded.
